Robinson Construction, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Harry H. Robinson. Harry owned an insulation business in New York before moving to Texas in 1966 with the desire to be a part of the construction process for the 1968 HemisFair World's Fair held in San Antonio. Harry told many stories of traveling up and down the 750-foot-tall Tower of the Americas via a cable car system in what would later become the Tower's elevator shaft. The fair also celebrated San Antonio's 250th anniversary.

Mr. Robinson spent his adult life in heavy equipment sales and later, municipal, commercial, and residential construction, and then passed his passion for building on to his only son. John Robinson has been a licensed builder himself for over 30 years.

Now a 34-year-old, 2nd-generation company, we specialize in new construction, room additions, garage and carport construction, kitchen and bath renovations, whole house remodeling, and commercial construction.
